One difference with an online business is that with very little money, you can begin that can result in a great deal of income.
But how do you find an opportunity that REALLY works?
First of all, nothing works for you. You have to work at any business. The amount of time, effort and focus you put into it directly correlates with how well your business will do.
You may think an Internet marketing business is for people who are technically savvy, and people that own websites and know how to navigate through the IM world. Without a doubt, that is helpful! However, there are genuine businesses out there that can help you get started with making money online - whether you are brand new or simply looking to add a new profit stream to your business.
I recently purchased an Internet automated program that doesn't require owning websites because you can use what you see right here - a Blogger blog. The system is simple, yet effective, and truly a system that both brand new and experienced alike can profit from. I highly recommend it.
When I started my online business, I had no idea who was trustworthy, honest, or really making money online. Like many of you, I purchased a lot of software that was simply a remake of an existing system out there. Some of it was good and some of it was very, very bad.
One thing I have learned is that if you find one or two people that you trust, follow them. It doesn't mean you have to buy everything they recommend. In fact, if you are new, just purchase one reputable program and WORK IT. Stick with it. Every day do something to grow and further that business.
Once you know it well and you are starting to make money - that's the time to explore what the next steps might be.
Beware of the "shiny object syndrome where you start to purchase everything that's marketed in your inbox because it looks better than what you're doing now. If you take the time to work one system completely, you'll be wiser and more able to differentiate between what's good and bad, and what brings value.
Finally, just because a system costs a lot of money does not mean it's any better than some of the very, very reasonable systems and programs available. In my experience, some of the best programs I've purchased have been very reasonable programs from people that genuinely care and want to help others. As a result, they make their program or system affordable. Some of the worst program's I have purchased were the expensive ones.

Remember - you will only make money if you WORK at it - consistently - EVERY day.
